• Jecza Gallery is a contemporary art gallery based in Timișoara and Bucharest, Romania, focusing on contemporary art from the 1960s to the present.

Specialising in contemporary art and representing a carefully curated roster of established and emerging artists, Jecza Gallery has become one of Romania’s leading contemporary art galleries. Founded initially as a family business in 2011 by Sorina Ianovici-Jecza and Andrei Jecza, the gallery entered a new stage in 2018, becoming more visible and more international, going forward with a programme that is both coherent and deeply connected to the European art scene, while remaining attentive to the specificity of the Romanian cultural context.

In recent years, Jecza Gallery has expanded its presence nationally, now operating spaces in both Timișoara and Bucharest, allowing for a wider programme of solo exhibitions, curated group shows, and experimental projects. On the international stage, Jecza Gallery is an active participant in major art fairs and platforms, including Paris Photo, Untitled Art Fair, Basel Social Club, and Vienna Contemporary, positioning its artists within a global network of collectors, curators, and institutions.
